Every weekend, the Maison invites you to its table for an exclusive lunch interpreted by Chef Gabriel Ossard Krauss.
An even more refined and immersive gastronomic experience, crafted with seasonal ingredients and in harmony with the emblematic Maison Ruinart cuvées.

At lunchtime, Ruinart invites you to enjoy its emblematic cuvées in the heart of its dining room in Reims.
Chef Gabriel Ossard Krauss imagines a five-course menu to be paired with a choice of two glasses of Maison Ruinart champagne. A selection of prestige cuvées will also be available à la carte, with an additional charge.
The emblematic Ruinart Brunch recipes are being reinvented in a gastronomic and refined version, using local and seasonal produce.
