Maison Ruinart is teaming up with the 3-Michelin-star chef Arnaud Donckele (La Vague d’Or - Cheval Blanc Saint-Tropez and Plénitude - Cheval Blanc Paris) to promote a shared vision of champagne and gastronomy. This partnership unfurled based on complicity woven over many years and today takes the form of a 3-year collaboration.
Strengthened over time, this connection draws on shared values: striving for excellence, love of the terroir, respect for nature, visionary spirit, desire to pass on savoirfaire and constantly renewed creativity.
Chef Arnaud Donckele actively participate in Ruinart's reflections on its culinary expressions and develop the gastronomic offerings available in Reims with Valérie Radou, Ruinart’s Chef-in-Residence, as well as for major Ruinart events in France and around the world.
