More than just an address, 4 RUE DES CRAYÈRES first and foremost embodies a conscious art of living. Gastronomy takes pride of place and is a means of expression in which beauty and taste coexist in harmony.
The Bar by Ruinart invites you to experience the Maison's savoir-faire through new gastronomic experiences. Leaning against the counter or sitting by the cork oaks on the shady terrace, rediscover Ruinart cuvées, from the best-known to the rarest Dom Ruinart vintages. The drinks menu also showcases still wines and original champagne cocktails as well as sweet and savoury culinary delights.
Every Friday evening, Ruinart offers an authentic experience in the form of an aperitif featuring a glass of a cuvée selected by the Ruinart House’s oenology team, accompanied by a buffet of products from local producers.
In addition, a selection from wine regions other than Champagne will be offered, allowing you to discover the diversity and versatility of our terroirs and to be surprised by a wine or spirit.

Ruinart has created a tasting experience that showcases this pairing. Two interpretations of Chardonnay, Ruinart Blanc de Blancs and Ruinart Blanc Singulier Edition 19, will be served alongside fresh and prepared oysters, accompanied by Bellota ham and a Richelieu pâté en croûte from Champagne artisan Romain Spire.
