Caroline Fiot began her career in the vineyards of Saint-Émilion before joining Maison Ruinart in 2016 as part of the wine-making team, then led by Frédéric Panaïotis (Cellar Master from 2007 to 2025). She is a member of the tasting committee and oversees the fermentation process during harvest. She has invested in several Research And Development projects and has contributed to major innovations such as the development of the second skin case, which has proved essential for preserving the integrity of the Ruinart taste by protecting the bottle from light, as well as the creation of new cuvées, including the first editions of Ruinart Blanc Singulier.

Florence joined the winemaking team in 2021 and brings a combination of science and creativity, forged by her international background and her genuine passion for vines and wine. An accomplished oenologist and member of the tasting committee, she leads numerous innovative projects within the Maison and actively contributes to shaping its style.
Victor brings his expertise to the Maison through an in-depth knowledge of terroirs and vines. He developed his broader knowledge on wine during his studies in oenology and wine management across various regions of France. He monitors and develops agroforestry in the vineyard and studies the impact of this practice on the vineyard ecosystem, the vines and the wines.
Diane joined the winemaking team after gaining experience in Provence and completing her agricultural studies in Montpellier, where she trained in agronomy and oenology. Driven by her passion for biology and living things, she is a member of the tasting committee, she works on the Maison's wines and oversees its agroforestry project.
