In the Maison’s main courtyard, enjoy a gastronomic experience cooked on the brasero, preceded by a guided tour of our Crayères. Chef Clément Bouvier* will offer a five-course surprise menu paired with two glasses of Champagne.
A food and Champagne pairing, along with a selection of exclusive cuvées available only at 4 RUE DES CRAYÈRES, can be offered upon request.

Born into a family of chefs, Clément Bouvier chose this profession out of passion. In the family’s hotel, at Ursus, awarded both a Michelin Star and a Green Star, Clément Bouvier has established a cuisine that respects the seasons and honors local producers.
The chef places great importance on honoring the work of each producer and highlighting the excellence of their ingredients in every dish. His creative process always begins this way: by exchanging with his partners and drawing inspiration from the products of the moment. This is how flavors emerge, and how dishes gradually take shape.
At a depth of approximately 40 metres below the surface, Maison Ruinart Crayères cellars showcase our history and savoir-faire. These immaculately white former chalk quarries exemplify the unique character of the Champagne region. This labyrinth covers 8 kilometres and is where Maison Ruinart bottles are stored. Visitors are amazed by the tranquillity and scale.
