FOCUS ON TERROIR AND SEASONALITY
Served on the terrace and in the dining room of the Maison, the Ruinart brunch is a convivial moment to be shared with family and friends.
The Maison offers a plentiful buffet with options for classic, vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free diets. The tasting is accompanied by a choice of two glasses of Ruinart cuvées: Ruinart Brut, Ruinart Brut 2016, Ruinart Blanc de Blancs, and Ruinart Rosé. Hot beverages, fruit juices, and mineral water are also available.

The Ruinart Brunch can also be booked in a private dining room.
From 8 to 24 guests, from 140€ per person, including a guided tour of our chalk pits.

Here are some examples of dishes offered: Beetroot-cured salmon with pickled red onions, Swiss chard and pine nut tart, Rosé de Champagne lentils with spices, Orecchiette with roasted vegetables and basil pesto, Fennel and orange salad, a selection of charcuterie (pâté en croûte, terrine champardennaise, jambon de Reims...), a variety of cheeses (chaource, langres, tomme des Ardennes...), an assortment of pastries and desserts (rhubarb tart, marbled two-chocolate cake, moist biscuit rose cake…).
