A SINGULAR MOMENT
As part of the end-of-year festivities, Ruinart opens for the second time an ephemeral champagne bar.
In our specially equipped bar area, enjoy the Ruinart cuvées, some of which will be available only for the occasion. Guided by the Maison’s ambassadors, discover the freshness and the aromatic richness of our Chardonnay through various pairing.
The experience includes a glass of Ruinart Blanc Singulier Edition 18 and a welcome starter.

A selection of Ruinart’s emblematic cuvées will be available à la carte.
The menu of 8 tapas: 5 savory & 3 sweet, is an invitation to travel. Japanese-Portuguese chefs Sayaka and Gil also draw on the history of the Maison to bring you a surprising fusion experience.
