RUINART'S 300TH ANNIVERSARY

In September 2029, Ruinart, the oldest champagne house, will be celebrating its 300th anniversary. Over the course of its rich history, it has fostered partnerships with artists since 1896.

Each year from now on, Maison Ruinart will commission a new artistic or architectural project in Reims that integrates sustainability into its innovation and creativity.

MOVEMENT

Born from a common concern for environmental issues, the Movement installation created by Tomás Saraceno with Aerocene underlines the urgency of climate change.

The artwork uses the power of the sun to make an Aerocene fly freely, leaving an artistic imprint in the sky of Reims. Thanks to the Aerocene mobile application, Maison Ruinart visitors will be able to visualize its path, called Aeroglyph.

RETOUR AUX SOURCES

Retour aux sources is an experience at the crossroads of art, sustainable development and artificial intelligence.

This autonomous entity, installed in the crayères, is endowed with emotions and a perception of the world around it. It is capable of following the evolution of the seasons, worrying about climate change or perceiving the strength of the wind. Then, it transcribes these elements into a visual and sound experience, presented to visitors as part of their tour.
