From their kitchens, Valérie Radou and Maxime Fournier shape the gastronomic identity of Maison Ruinart every day. Their cuisine, rooted in generosity and precision, draws on the seasons and a close dialogue with Champagne producers to create dishes that echo the Maison's cuvées.
For this fifth edition of the Brasero d'Été, they return to the main courtyard for an experience centered entirely around fire, sharing, and terroir.
At a depth of approximately 40 metres below the surface, Maison Ruinart Crayères cellars showcase our history and savoir-faire. These immaculately white former chalk quarries exemplify the unique character of the Champagne region. This labyrinth covers 8 kilometres and is where Maison Ruinart bottles are stored. Visitors are amazed by the tranquillity and scale.
