Art Fairs

April 5-7, 2013

Ruinart was the official Champagne for the eighteenth international fair of modern and contemporary art, which was held from the 5 to 7 April at Fieramilanocity, delighting visitors to the 140 or more Italian and foreign galleries participating this year. MiArt 2013, with Vincenzo de Bellis as Artistic Director, is now claiming its rightful place among Europe’s main contemporary art exhibitions; indeed, over half of the exhibitors came from 15 foreign countries, and almost as many took  part in MiArt for the first time.

Already the official partner of prestigious fairs worldwide, the Oldest Champagne House could hardly fail to choose MiArt in Italy to strengthen further its bond with the world of contemporary art. For the occasion, the Maison presented a national preview of the collection, Blanc de Blancs 2013 by Piet Hein Eek, the Dutch artist called on to set up and “sign off” the striking Ruinart VIP lounge with his imposing works.
