Then, enjoy a five-course dinner paired with Maison Ruinart's 100% Chardonnay cuvées. The menu, created by Michelin-starred Chef Armand Arnal*, showcases exceptional seasonal products.

ARMAND ARNAL*


Chef-gardener Armand Arnal embodies the spirit of the Camargue through authentic and refined cuisine. Freely inspired by the abundant environment of the Rhône delta, his menus evolve with the ingredients, most often sourced from the chef's own crops. His cooking offers a unique experience, reflecting a biotope made singular by the constant interactions between land and sea.
