DUO OF CHEFS : SAYAKA AND GIL
After being awarded a green star by the Michelin guide, chefs Sayaka and Gill become ambassadors for Ruinart and its new cuvée Ruinart Blanc Singulier.
For the Maison, they have imagined a simple, refined cuisine in tune with the season. Inspired by the region's produce, they don't hesitate to seek out local producers and artisans.
Working closely with Ruinart's cellar master, they create a menu to be paired with Ruinart 100% chardonnay cuvées : Ruinart Blanc de Blancs, Ruinart Blanc Singulier Edition 18, Ruinart Blanc Singulier Edition 17; Dom Ruinart Blanc de Blancs 2010, Dom Ruinart Blanc de Blancs 2007 and Dom Ruinart Magnum Exclusive.
