A FESTIVE BRUNCH TO CELEBRATE THE END OF THE YEAR

On the first 3 weekends of December, Ruinart invites you to come and taste its emblematic cuvées on the occasion of a Christmas brunch prepared by Valérie Radou, the chef in residence.

Enjoy the specialities and dishes of the festive season, accompanied by two glasses of your choice between the cuvées: Ruinart Brut, Ruinart Millésimé 2011, Ruinart Blanc de Blancs or Ruinart Rosé.

Brunch is served in the Maison's dining room.

 

Brunch upon reservation only - 95€ per pers.
2 services (11:00 and 13:30) every Saturday and Sunday - from 4 to 19 December
Minimum booking: 2 people
Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options available (information below)

A SELECTION OF FINE PRODUCTS

Your brunch menu will consist of the finest produce the season has to offer and will vary according to availability.

Some examples of what you might be surprised with: smoked salmon, foie gras from Philippe Mille (Chef of the 2-star restaurant Le Parc and Meilleur Ouvrier de France), oysters, snails, fennel salad with orange, cold meats (Pâté en croûte, Champardennaise terrine, Reims ham. ...), a variety of cheeses (Chaource, Langres, Tomme des Ardennes...), and for dessert, of course a traditional Bûche de Noël.

Valérie Radou Maison's chef in residence

A graduate in the hospitality trade and with several years’ experience, Valérie Radou trained with the greatest chefs and completed her apprenticeship in Saulieu at the gourmet restaurant "La Côte d´Or" by chef Bernard Loiseau, and at Chabichou, 2-Michelin star restaurant by chef Michel Rochedy in Courchevel. With many years of experience, the chef decided to begin a home catering business, driven by the desire to cook as close as possible to her guests and to provide a service to people.

For Maison Ruinart, she imagines a simple and refined cuisine, in the right tone of the season. Inspired by the products of the region. She does not hesitate to go and meet local producers and artisans. In close collaboration with Maison Ruinart's Cellar Master, Frédéric Panaiotis, she creates recipes in perfect harmony with the Ruinart cuvées. Discover her recipes, to be prepared at home, or to taste every weekend from March 2021 at Maison Ruinart, 4 rue des Crayères, Reims.
