The one-day event will start with a 40 minute-written blind tasting of 4 wines that can be from any region in the world - still or sparkling. The evaluation is based on their description, suggestions for pairing and serving temperature. 

Created in 2010 and held in 20 cities around the world, the Ruinart Sommelier Challenge is a program that aims to unite talented sommeliers with values of excellence who wish to continue their training in wine and wine making. 

The winners of each national edition participate, the year after their victories, in a 4-day training session in the Champagne region.
