A SINGULAR BRUNCH
Every Sunday, Ruinart invites you to come and taste its emblematic cuvées on the occasion of a end of year brunch prepared by our ambassador chefs Sayaka et Gil.
Brunch will be served in the Maison's dining room. Enjoy the specialities and dishes of the festive season, accompanied by two glasses of Ruinart Blanc de Blancs and Ruinart Blanc Singulier Edition 18.
DUO OF CHEFS: SAYAKA AND GIL
After being awarded a green star by the Michelin guide, chefs Sayaka and Gill become ambassadors for Ruinart and its new cuvée Ruinart Blanc Singulier.
For the Maison, they have imagined a simple, refined cuisine in tune with the season. Inspired by the region's produce, they don't hesitate to seek out local producers and artisans. Working closely with Ruinart's cellar master, they create a menu to be paired with Ruinart emblematic cuvées.
